Rebound relationships are exciting in that you found someone new and fresh. They are new, and although this person may be someone who for a long time, these relationships can feel like love.

Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between lust and love in a rebound relationship. People often confuse the two, because of the joy they feel when they find someone who wants them. Leaving a long term relationship can cloud his emotions, especially when you still have mixed emotions fresh or rupture.

The question is: How do I know the difference? A lot of people in relationships are quick rebound to tell your partner that is on the rebound they love. It feels like you have butterflies in your stomach, but the truth is that your heart and mind is playing tricks on you.

Sure, the physical aspect of the relationship is exciting. Your system is flooded with endorphins during physical intimacy, which in turn can lead to feelings of pleasure and joy.

Telling the difference between love and lust in a rebound relationship is quite obvious when you learn to differentiate between the two. Love is a feeling that fills your soul with joy. Love really happens when the attention of a person, you feel it deep in the pit of your stomach. You know the feeling. Love is not hard and fleeting.

Lust, on the other hand, is temporary. For anyone who may be felt when there is a physical connection or sex.

Once you recognize the difference between the two, it should be easier to figure out how you feel about your partner rebound. With these simple instructions, easy to find out if the relationship is healthy. And is not that what love is?
